Christmas Eve we went to a restaurant called Heaven. It was the most gorgeous place I’ve ever been, with a deck that extends off a mountain and a view that is to die for. They had traditional African food as well as some American additions (corn bread, chili, etc.) There is a larger American influence here than I thought, but it isn’t enough to disrupt the local culture.
